Registration Steps

Type 1 - Author Registration (Full Day Conference Pass)

Step 1 – Upload Camera-ready paper to CMT.

Step 2 – Complete the e-copyright form in CMT.

Step 3 – Submit the Registration form as given below :

Check the fee structure table and make your bank payment using the provided bank details at the bottom of this page. Save the payment slip or PDF.
Write your Paper ID clearly on the payment slip or PDF.
Click the “Register” button provided under your correct category in the “Full Conference Pass (Presenter)” section.
Once you click the button, you will be redirected to a Google Form where you can complete your registration and upload the payment slip.

Type 2 - One-Day Conference Pass

Submit the Registration form as given below: 

Check the fee structure table and make your bank payment using the provided bank details. Save the payment slip or PDF.
Write your NIC , name or paper ID clearly on the payment slip or PDF.
Click the “Register” button provided under your correct category in the “One-day Conference Pass” or “Workshop Only” section.
Once you click the button, you will be redirected to a Google Form where you can complete your registration and upload the payment slip.

Do the payment by following one of the options below. Keep your receipt/confirmation for verification.

Option 2 — Sampath Vishwa (Online Banking)

Open Make a payment in Vishwa (web or app).
Select Category Education (or Higher Education Institutes) and choose SLIIT.
Enter your NIC or SLIIT Registration Number (if applicable).
Under Reason For The Payment, type ICAC25_<Paper ID> and confirm.

Applicable for both foreign and local authors

Option 3 — SLIIT Online Payment Portal

Go to https://pay.sliit.lk/.
Fill the fields with accurate information (please use national ID card number or passport number for “Student registration number” field instead of SLIIT ID).
For Purpose of the payment, select Any other payment.
Give description as ICAC25_<Paper ID> and proceed to pay.

Anyone can use the portal with a NIC number.

Please note that event-day registrations will not be accommodated. Kindly ensure your registration is completed under one of the above categories on or before the 10th of November. Your cooperation is appreciated.
