Dr. Pasan Fernando

Dr. Pasan Fernando is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Plant Sciences at the University of Colombo. He obtained his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from the University of South Dakota, USA, in 2018, and his BSc in Bioinformatics from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, in 2013. Dr. Fernando is actively involved in bioinformatics research and teaching. Specifically, he is interested in Systems Biology, Genomics, Transcriptomics, Proteomics, Machine Learning, and Bioinformatics Software Development.
