Paper Submission Guidelines
These papers should follow the standard IEEE conference format. Information regarding the formatting and other details could be obtained from the link below. All submitted papers should contain original, unpublished work. All submissions will be checked for plagiarism.
Paper submissions should satisfy the criteria listed below.
  • Paper template: The paper submission template (IEEE double-column) can be found at:

  • Paper Format: Should be written using double column format in A4 (Download A4 Format from the IEEE templates) size with maximum up to 6 pages including all figures, tables, and references.
    • Allowable file size: 2 MB
  • Paper submission:

      Authors are invited to submit their original research papers through the official Microsoft CMT submission system for the 8th IEEE International Conference on Advancements in Computing.

    • The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
    • Final submission PDF file must be IEEE Xplore compliant.
    • Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements

Best Paper Awards

To honor exceptional scholarly work, Best Paper Awards will be presented for each conference track, recognizing the most distinguished paper within its respective research domain. These awards will acknowledge papers that exhibit originality, strong methodology, technical depth, and significant research contributions.

In addition, the conference will present the prestigious Overall Best Paper Award, selected from all accepted papers across the conference tracks. This award will recognize the most exceptional research contribution presented at ICAC 2026, reflecting the conference theme and advancing the frontiers of computing research.

We warmly encourage all authors to submit their high-quality research contributions and compete for these distinguished recognitions at International Conference on Advancements in Computing 2026.
